New power supply on my property

Options
Hi All,

Not sure if this is the correct site for this post.

Going back to 2011 I had a wooden pole and strut in my garden which my electricity cable came from, it also served other properties. I asked if this pole could be removed as it was in my drive, an inspector came to see me from UK Power Networks and condemned the pole being years old. Regarding the cables to the other properties, they are laid under the path which is a right of way through my property. I inquired before work commenced with the UKPN representative, that I may well have plans for the future regard planning permission etc , he reassured me if I ever wished to move the cables in the future UKPN would move them to a convenient position with no expense to me . I do wish now that I had that information in writing.
Back to the present, Anglian Water wishes to have a new supply to a pumping station located in my neighbours garden, UKPN will lay the cables from the road, to the entire length of the path, Anglian Water will excavate the path , plus make good afterwards.
Is there anything I need to be aware off, will this affect my property price if I come to sell.
UKPN has sent me a ( form of consent ) to sign

All replies would be appreciated.
