BR 2010 - remortgage for a new house?

I split from an ex in 2010 and went bankrupt at this time. My ex carried on paying the mortgage up until she had passed away in March 2015, my name was still on the mortgage as I could not afford to pay her off at the time due to my BR.

So the mortgage had defaulted and whilst I was not liable for the mortgage as it was declared on my bankruptcy, the mortgage is staying on my credit file as a "satisfied" debt up to May 2016. But this is not showing on all of my credit reports, for example Equifax.

During this time, I have rebuilt my life, and we will be looking for a 50% mortgage at a new property as there is enough equity in her current mortgage to cover this based on the value of the house. Plus we have some savings to top up. I am in a well paid job with a the BR on my file, and she is a lower earner with a better credit score.

What are the chances of us getting a new mortgage for s new house?
