Hi all. I was discharged from bankruptcy on 7th August 2018 and I've just recieved a letter from Tesco Bank saying outstanding balance etc and stating ways to pay. They say the CSA says they must send these letters every 6 months. Do have to contact them to stop these letters or am I better contacting the OR. The debt was included in my bankruptcy. Thanks once again for any advice.

yeah, sounds right, nothing untoward... give them a ring, as you have been discharged, probably last letter they will send.0

Simple statement letters, if you look it will say for information purposes only.
It is an FCA requirement for creditors to send statements at least every year, ignore them, just standard practice.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
