Living expenses / beneficial interest in property

Hello,
Could anyone help me with things to claim on for living expenses?
My situation is facing sequestration / bankruptcy very soon!
Average pay per month £1600
Own my house approx £8k equity
I’m expecting a child next month
Would just like to know how much I would have available ?
Also what would the circumstances be around beneficial interest with my wife being 50% owner in My household ?
Anyone with any info would be appreciated
