I pay through the CSA each month and have done for some time, I do still pay for school uniforms, day trips/holidays etc.
Obviously saying no to the children has it pitfalls and isn't easy, its pretty much a no win situation.
I wondered if with proof (bank transfers) i could claim back the extras I have and still am paying.

No! well not in the case you describe above, your minimum liability is what the schedule suggests, anything above that is up to you if you wish.0 -
