    Popped into the Colney branch on my way back from a holiday - loads of Easter stuff going cheap, including kids novelties and small chocolate eggs - eg KitKat Chunky - for 30p / 37p. I also picked up some 340g packs of these for just £1.20:

    I found some olives today RTC 20P on clip strips. Olly's Olives in a 50g green packet basil and garlic flavour
    Still virtually alcohol free since 4/1/15. (10 Xmas/ New Year/Birthday drinks)
    It takes 3500 calories to lose a pound in weight. Target 13 lbs weight loss. 18.5lbs lost 2nd May - 28 September.

    For those of you like me on Keto type diets (ultra low carb) Sainsburys have Pure Via Stevia Leaf Sweet Granules 250g at £2.80 which is really cheap for this sweetener. Some like it, some don't. Personally I am fine with it. Its mostly Erythritol with some Stevia to boost the sweetness so you need less than real sugar. Its virtually identical to Truvia which is £5 a tub.

    In London Colney store today, Bisto Turkey gravy granules only 4p. Bar code 5 010024 140229. There's 2 large baskets near the self service checkout 'when it's gone its gone'
    May not be in every store
