    So many times I see strange/weird stuff on Facebook and I think "I'm sure the people on MSE would love this".

    I know a lot of you, in fact, most of you have FB accounts but for those who don't.......

    I don't really get it!

    What are the invites?
    Are you obliged to respond to them, or is it that you're so addicted, you can't resist?
    Is it like when you see there's been a new post made on a thread you subscribe to, and you've just got to go in and read it?

    I've done this so often without meaning to!
    Frequently there's a tiny tick box that is pre-ticked and if you are wrapped up playing the game you can forget to untick it
    My apologies to friends I have done this to by accident.
