Recliner Massage Chairs

Hi - is anyone out there familiar with these ? My 90 year old Dad recently had a 2 hour visit from a salesman from Grosvenor Mobility, advertising in the national press, who wanted £5000 for one of their made-to-measure electric recliners/massage chairs. This sounds extortionate to me, but I don't know the market. Would appreciate the experience of others. Thanks

No idea what you get for a "made to measure" service , but £5,000 sound WAY over the top. Have a look at this -a search for receliner/massage chair gets a range from the low hundreds to 1,500

Thanks. The little research I'd done had suggested as much but I didn't want to prejudge without asking around.
