Is There An Astronomy Newsletter?

Not sure where to post this so I put it here and in the I Wanna Do It thread - hope that's ok.
I am so annoyed at missing the total lunar eclipse the other week - Why do the newspapers only tell you about it the morning after it happens? While the previous day they printed nothing of any use to anyone! Grr.
Anyway, to ensure this doesn't happen again, and because I want to rekindle my interest in astronomy which has been 'not a priority' for far too long, I was hoping for a free newsletter of some kind telling me whats going on in the sky each month.
Of course I've tried the Sky At Night website, but they only do a postal one which seems a waste of paper to me, it'll only get added to my junk pile anyway. Also, it needs to be UK specific obviously.
Anyone have any ideas?
Cheers.
Edit: Doh! I meant this for the Money Savers Arms! Sorry.

Sign up to http://www.skymaps.com/ and you will get an email update of what to look for each month of the year, it's free.
I'm a relative newbie to Astronomy and find it very useful.Speak your truth quietly and clearly;and listen to others, even to the dull and ignorant, they too have their story. Avoid loud and agressive persons, they are vexations to the spirit0 -

Try East Sussex Astronomical Society
They do a monthly newsletter which is available online.
i think the web address is https://www.esas.org.uk but it is a holding page and it will automatically transfer you to the new site.
Good luck i hope you find what you are looking for.
PS i have been on this site many times and find it very intresting and helpful.

The next total lunar eclipse visible from the UK is on the Feb 21st 2008 unfortunately you will have to stay up late.

(you will have to enlarge the figure by clicking bottom right)
The next partial solar eclipses in the UK are on 1 August 2008 and 4 January 2011.
Note: Astronomical events are no respector of cloud, cold or time, the last one was excellent in all these respects.0 -
