Hello,

Purchased OH Alexa Echo for Christmas, through their mobile they've set up Amazon music account at £3.99pm.

OH gone to work, I tried Alexa this morning, it's saying I don't have an Amazon music account, do I also have to set up and Amazon music account on my phone at £3.99? :(

I'm not very good with technology :o
I'm hopeless with technology, in addition, I suffer with MH issues, what may appear simple, I struggle with, may I ask, please be patient, thank you

    You need to be using your OH's account to play music, if you don't have one of your own.

    Ask Alexa to switch to their account.
