Entrants must be 17 or over on 31st December 2018.
Entrants must be 25 or younger on the day they enter.
To win the Vauxhall Corsa, your main residential address must be within the catchments of Essex County Council, Thurrock Borough Council or Southend Borough Council. Proof will be required !!!8211; acceptable documents include a driving provisional/full licence or utility bill. If you are outside this area, the prize will be an iPad Air.
Entrants for the car must be in possession of a valid provisional or full driving licence on 31st December 2018.
This competition is run by Late Starter Trading on behalf of the Safer Essex Roads Partnership (SERP), Seax House, County Hall, Market Road, Chelmsford, Essex CM1 1QH; employees of these organisations and their immediate family are not permitted to enter the draw.
Following the initial pledge, subsequent opportunities will be provided to increase the odds of winning the car or iPad Air.
Any breach of these terms and conditions by an entrant will void their entry.
Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry.
By entering, the winners agree to their names and general locations being used for publicity purposes.
The winner of the car must provide proof of insurance (not included in the prize) before the prize car is handed over.
The car prize does not include travel to collect the prize and the winner must make his or her own arrangements. The iPad Air prize may be couriered to the winner if not local to Essex.
The prize car is a Vauxhall Corsa Sting on a 66 registration plate. It will be fully wrapped and driven around the county of Essex for 12 months to promote the campaign. Therefore, the vehicle will have miles on the clock when presented to the winner. The wrap will be removed before the prize car is presented to the winner.
The winners will be randomly selected by Late Starter Trading and the Safer Essex Roads Partnership from the pool of entries received once the prize draw finishes.
The closing date is midnight on 31st December 2018, entries received after the closing date will not be counted.
Late Stater Trading and the Safer Essex Roads Partnership will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries.
By entering the prize draw, participants agree to I. the terms and conditions of the prize draw; ii. being contacted by Late Starter Trading and the Safer Essex Roads Partnership for the purposes of providing further opportunities to improve the odds on winning.
The Safer Essex Roads Partnership reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted online at https://www.mysmallchange.co.uk.
In the event of any dispute regarding the competition, the final decision of SERP shall be binding and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
The prizes are non-transferable and no alternatives will be offered.
The winners will be notified by the middle of January 2019 and the prizes will be ready for presentation on or before the end of January 2019.
SERP will not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the draw or accepting any prize. SERP will not accept any responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of, or unauthorised access to, entries or entries lost or delayed whether or not arising during operation as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or any other causes outside its control, including any injury or damage to the entrant!!!8217;s or any other person!!!8217;s computer relating to or resulting from participation in, or the downloading of any materials in connection with, the draw.
