Sia qualification problem

I have re done the sia training last month.
I have tried applying on sia website and at the last stage it says that I don't have the qualifications needed.
I contacted the trainer and he noticed that the awarding body as spelt my name wrong. So the trainer has asked them to correct my name. So how long will it take them to upload it again on the sia database so I can apply for my badge. He said he was in touch with them on wed evening
