Root canal problems

Hi, I am so upset.
I had a root canal treatment which was completed 2 weeks ago. I was going to get it crowned but it is not settling. It's a molar.
When the tooth was filled 2 weeks ago, I noticed a rubbery/squeaky sound when eating. I've been back today and they've taken the filling down and tested my bite etc. I've just tried and it still makes a rubbery sound and it's still painful.
I've been having issues with the tooth since last October so an extraction is looking likely.
I'm gutted, I have problem with a bridge too.
I really try and look after my teeth, my gum score is 0. I'm so deflated as I just feel like I'm constantly having treatment.

It could be a crack inside and if that is the case extraction may be the only predictable option0

have you asked to be referred to see a specialist? Believe you me. Root Canal treatment, especially to molars is extremely complex and technically challenging. Without the right equipment the average dentist wont even know if they have missed anything because they wont be able to see it.
It is very difficult to diagnose a crack and usually can only be done when the entire restoration is removed. Common things happen commonly therefore the most likely thing is missed anatomy or insufficient cleaning and shaping which has failed to reduce bacterial levels within the tooth to a level your immune system can cope with. If your tooth is restorable then there is a good chance someone with the right equipment and training can sort things out.0 -
It took about 4 weeks for my tooth to recover from a root canal treatment, I was really worried the pain would not go away, but it did in the end.
I also had a crack in the tooth which was not discovered for ages and my dentist kept giving me fillings. Finally the side of the tooth fell away which has led to me needing a crown which I am soon about to have.
