Well done for getting an interview when you don't know what the job entails.

Your signature block indicates that this is not likely to be your first work, so I guess the interviewer will ask you to tell them about the work you have done before and how this fits with the job description. They may also ask you what you know about the company; what you plan to be doing in 5 years time, why you are applying for the post.
