Some Uber passengers who booked journeys in advance have reported being charged wait fees when the driver arrived before the scheduled time - but if this happens to you, you CAN get a refund...

  If Uber are routinely charging incorrect wait fees due to a fault with their billing system... Shouldn't they stop charging the fees until they fix their system?!

  Uber lost 5bn last quarter, they need money from all the scams they can invent.
