Affordability - Profit share bonus

Hi all,
Although i'm not currently looking at remortgaging I wondered what effect, if any, a profit share bonus has on mortgage affordability.
My employer introduced this bonus recently. It's paid every 12 months in June. The first bonus equated to about 9% of my annual income, so it's quite welcome!
As a side thought I was thinking about mortgage affordability.
Would any lenders take this variable bonus into consideration?

some lenders but not all take this into account, some only 50% of the bonus. A broker would be best placed to maximize this bonus for you, especially if it's shown year in year out to be given out"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"
