    Doesn't resolve the issue of those people switching from an interest only to repayment basis. Much of the prisoner legacy debt was issued well over a decade ago. Nor is the Ipswich BS large enough as a lender to materially impact the wider market. Only 733 mortgage completions were made in total in the year ended 30th November 2018.
