Administrators for payday loan providers Wage Day Advance and Juo Loans, which collapsed in February, have admitted that customers who are owed compensation will only receive a "partial payment" for their claims...

Yes we know, you keep telling us and we keep telling you that if a company has gone bust and has little to no assets then people aren't going to be getting much if anything at all.

I've had an email today from KPMG about a redress claim unpaid from Wage day advance, outstanding from many years. It seems like they have all my information, name, address, bank info it links back to KPMG so seems pretty legit. They're just asking me to submit the claim with them.

I also have had an email and it states the amount i am owed also.
My worry to completing this is that it may affect my mortgage that we have just had approved and are in the proccess of house purchase. Could bringing something like this up affect me0 -
It affected you when you took out the pay day loan.
Subsequent redress doesn't get recorded on credit files.0 -

There's no downside to it as far as I can see. The more people who decline to engage with the process the bigger payout for those who do!0
