I worked there 10 years ago for 4 years, would be nice if they stretch back payments that far.
  • I worked at another company recently that did the same, telling staff to wear black trousers and shoes. They also gave me my contract two weeks after I started work, that said if employees left within the first six months they would be charged an admin fee of £200!! This was a minimum wage job, 16 hours a week, so they would be taking almost three weeks wages back! This wasn’t mentioned before starting the job, so I refused to sign the contract as I didn’t think it was legal. They sacked me because I wouldn’t sign...I have reported them to HMRC and am waiting to find out the results.

I got £137 that was after tax and I retired last year so it was a nice bonus. Think some may have changed bank a/c so if they have'nt had anything they should go to their old bank. :j
