Bankruptcy ended

in Bankruptcy & living with it
Hi long time reader 1st time poster. I was made bankrupt on the 21 of February 2018. The Or has contacted me on the 20th of February 2019 asking for details off my wife’s mortgage do I still have to reply to her with details and comply with the bankruptcy conditions
Should I be asking her for confirmation that my bankruptcy has ended

    Without a bit more information its hard to comment. What is the OR's interest in your wife's property - are they trying to assess if you have any beneficial interest? Do you have an IPA?

    Thier asking about the deposit and what account it was payed from the house was bought with her savings and browered money
    No I didn’t have enough income for a ipa

    It does seem odd that they are asking now - it's a calculation as to when you are actually discharged - and therefore it being too late for them to ask. Did your wife disclose her income when you went BR? - were her income and assets included in the household income calculations? I wouldn't have thought the OR could be asking stuff now but its a technicality on dates I guess.
