Clearly depends on the facts of the situation but there is a wide range of behavior that is seen as "culpable" such as gambling or trading insolvently or selling assets favourably etc, etc.
What have they indicated as the potential reason?Unlike some here, I am not omniscient. If I am wrong correct me. I won't take offence.
