Loan and car finance

Hi, I am wanting to get a new car and I am just wanting some advise. I was just wondering if I was to apply for a loan for example with sainsburys and they came back with a offer. But the apr was to high or higher then the car fiance I have been offered and I declined the offer would that affect my credit score?

Thanks for reading Jack :)

ignore your score - it is fictitious

usually two hard applications in quick succession will have no major effect if one is accepted and used. going for a 3rd may be a push

try a loan quotation - the likes of Nationwide and Zopa do a free quotation on a loan application first, not affecting a hard search on your file. although every lender is different, this may give you an idea to compare to your car finance amount already given
