Radisson Collection (1 George IV Bridge) launches its new extravagant gourmet three-course brunch on 27 January. The monthly experience will take place on the final Sunday of each month from 1-4pm, with music from Edinburgh DJ Stefan Peterson, a sprawling chef’s table with an array of iconic brunch classics, an indulgent set main menu, decadent desserts and, did we mention the Bloody Mary, Bellini and fizz station? The brunch costs £25 per person plus an extra £15 per person for the optional drinks package. Tea and coffee is also included. One lucky i-on reader will win a brunch for two at Radisson Collection's brunch experience on Sunday 27 January.
