    I got the same 'address already used' but I noticed there were 2 forms stacked on top of each other... If you fill in the 'bottom' form, then it works. HTH

    How do you get to the "bottom" form? I can't see any way to close the top form.

    A new week and no change with the forms still saying email address already used so I've used a different email as it doesn't look like it is going to be fixed but will try contacting them on facebook.
