If someone has been granted a PARV under rule 20.5
How does the insolvency register know it has been granted? Do the courts who grant it update/send info to the relevant departments?
Rule 11.16 - non disclosure of adress has been granted for the insolvency register/ any records open to public inspection. - Does the court update relevant departments or do you hand in the court order to the OR and then they instruct from there.
Any thoughts
