Help filling a Thomas PPA form correctly

Hi can anyone help me with the above as I have been advised
each row should have only one L and one M (it should have both and L and M per line but just one of each)

Much as I think personality profiling is bunkum, there is no "correct way" to compete these forms. The answers required are specific to the employer and the role.0
