It should be listed at the land registry and also the court which approved the enforcement should have details.
Nat West or their agents will also know.

Also, If your solicitors are charging you £1500 for the 'extra work' you might want to ask them how their expensive specialist knowledge is going to tackle this problem - They should know!

Yeah I'm beginning to regret getting the conveyancing done by them - there initial quotw was reasonable and they had good ferdback but they've already added on 300 to the initial quote to deal with the financials from the divorce side so they seem to be trying to take the !!!!. I phoned Natwest on Friday and they're investigating so should get back to me this week so I'll see what they say.0

Just found out the NatWest one was an interim charge and so is invalid so result - just need to work out how I get it taken off now !0
