Well, the answer to your question is no, there won't be such a template. You could start a petition:

They won't risk stopping child benefit altogether so the next best way to restrict is to limit it to those families with smaller incomes.
But that is not exactly how it works, is it......
A family with one earner on £60,000 a year .... no CB
A family with two earners on £50,000 a year..... gets CB0 -
Why should tax payers subsides parents who earn a very decent wage ?0

Nope - but I can't see that there will much support for wealthy good earners wanting to claim benefits when the over-80s aren't getting their pitiful 25p benefits increased.0 -
Do remember your personal tax allowance goes up (generally) each year. in 2010 / 2011 it was £6,475 and in the current tax year 2018 / 2019 its £11,850.
Do write to your local MP and write to whoever the minister is for that benefit (ive done just this in the past. I used to pay approx. £18,000 a year in Income tax + Approx £6,000 National Insurance + Approx £2,000 Council tax each year [circa £25,000 each year in just 3 taxes] and when I was made redundant I was told I will get £68 per week for 26 weeks and then that's it. No other help for me (yet I funded the system with circa £25,000+ a year).
I just had to accept its an unequal world and there are a lot of people who struggle day to day and its not their fault whereas I was perhaps lucky / fortunate in the crazy game of life.I have a tendency to mute most posts so if your expecting me to respond you might be waiting along time!0
