    An Amazon advert offering one-day delivery as part of its Prime membership has been found to be "misleading" by the advertising regulator, after it discovered a "significant proportion" of Prime-labelled items weren't available for delivery the next day....

    I don't see how it's misleading as there always has to be a cutoff point, logistically.
