Sole mortgage but joint bank account

My partner is applying for a sole mortgage as my credit is so awful. They have asked for everything from him except blood!! As we expected. They’re now asking to see a bank account statement for one just in his name but he doesn’t have one. Anyone has this before? If so what happened? Or what mai they ask for next?

Everything goes into the joint account & comes out of the joint account. We have nothin separate. Up until now they weren!!!8217;t bothered over this. It!!!8217;s been 4 weeks now in this whole process.0

Does your partner support you financially?0

He!!!8217;s the highest earner so I would say yes to that. I couldn!!!8217;t afford everything on my own. We also have 2 kids.0

what lender are you using?
they might ask who is living at the house as an adult... as some lenders see this as a person who may have financial interest on the property....
is the application going ok ?0
