                    Hi everyone
Need some further advice now that I have declared bankruptcy and the order has been issued. I have completed and discussed my income and expenditure figures and have been left with a figure that I need to earn (I’m self employed by the way) to cover food, utilities and rent. What is the situation regarding additional outgoings such as family birthdays,Christmas and dare I say a short holiday in the UK? Are these not allowed until after being discharged in twelve months or is there some flexibility? My understanding was that any surplus income would be taken by the OR to share out to creditors.
