Hi, I work full time but also have a part time bar job, I am on maternity leave and I would like to know whether I still accrue holidays whilst on maternity leave from my part time job. My full time employers have informed me I am accuring holidays during my maternity leave but my part time employer informs me that I am not entitled to holidays during my maternity leave. Any advice appreciated.

You are entitled to accrue holidays during maternity leave. You should seak to your employer about when you can take the leave as soon as possible, but cannot be denied your legal right.

No I have a contract, which states 3 hours plus, which is on all employees contracts. I work at least 12 hours a week.0
