Mortgage prospects with debt and default

First time buyers with bad credit. We have a combined salary of 70k and a deposit of just under 50k. I however have a £1500 overdraft and £1700 on my credit card. I also have 2 defaults – the last was in May 2015. Both are settled since august 2016. Do we have a realistic prospect of getting a mortgage? any advice gratefully received!

If your LTV is 90% or under and you are 3 years sinc ethe defaults you should get something with a good adverse credit broker. Debts seem minimal to salary.0
