I’m on 5 year leave to remain refugee status, been in the country for almost 2 year and in full time employment

There are lenders that will consider you, however, they may restrict your Loan to Valuation (LTV) on your application, as you do not have indefinite leave.
Find a good broker and they will support you with this oneI am a Mortgage Broker.
