Does this scheme still exist.
We are a home owner wanting to upgrade and would like to take advantage of the extra government borrowing, is this possible or is it purely for first time buyers? And if so any idea as to which lenders allow it.
We are 20k under our borrowing for the house we are after, the scheme would allow us to afford it. Is this an option?
