Iva Nd letter for PPI

I and my wife had an IVA up to 2011 when we managed to pay it off in full and final, now i have a letter from ClearDebtLimmited, not my original IP with all my info on it and instructions to claim any PPI to go towards the IVA, citing the recent court case ,Green and Wright.
Clear Dept have instructed DSRP to collect this on my behalf!
Any advice would be helpful,

Yes if you had a standard R3 IVA, (most are) they will all be jumping on the bandwagon before the reclaiming deadline next August.

I do not know what repercussions you may expect if you refuse them permission, I cannot see what they could do to you now to be honest.

If i had reclaimed PPI and spent it well before the Green and Wright case and after my full and final can they ask me to pay it back?0
