    I don’t know about that it’s just how it’s always been because it’s very difficult to get time off at our workplace, but yea I work all bank holidays as well

    Point them and their dd to the gov.uk site on holiday entitlement.

    Yea I have done. Nothing else has been said today but I’m expecting to be spoken to tomorrow, hope I can get this sorted without my boss being upset with me I know I’m fully in my rights but if this is the case for all staff it means 10 staff are 8 days out of pocket.... I’ve been there for 6 years some have been there for 19... I’m not expecting to be reimbursed for previous years but I’m hoping they honour it and sort it out professionally

    They are breaking the law - as not allowing the correct entitlement but i also believe they aren't allowed to pay in in lieu of holidays.

    The main reason I think they pay i know it!!!8217;s not legal like I said before i think it!!!8217;s because I!!!8217;ve had many holidays cancelled due to no staff to cover
