Given that the domain name is .co.za and therefore highly likely they are based in South Africa, whether you lose anything or not, it's probably not open to UK entrants and if it is, perhaps there is duty/tax to pay if you win.

Again in regards to "what have you lost" - why would you want to help promote a scam?
