The competition starts on 12th June 2014 and closes on 14th July 2014 at 9.30am. Entries received after this time will not be entered into the draw.

Entry is open to residents of the UK, except employees (and their families) of Marks Electrical and 365 Electrical, the suppliers of the prizes and any other companies associated with either Marks Electrical, 365 Electrical or the competitions.

Each user can enter once a day by submitting details.

Entrants must be 18 years of age or over.

Due to the nature of the competition, entries shall not be returned.

The winners will be contacted via phone or email after 9:00am on 15th July 2014 and announced on our Facebook page.

Failure to respond and/or provide details for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility criteria may result in forfeiture of the prize.

The prizes are as stated, are not transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

The winner(s) agree(s) to the use of their name, location and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by 365 Electrical/Marks Electrical relating to any post-winning publicity, including posting a photo of the product installed in their home.

Use of a false name or details will result in disqualification.

All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition. Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted due to computer error in transit.

The promoters reserve the right to amend or alter these terms of competitions at any time and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition.

Competitions may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
