Help & advice needed.. Debts piling up!

Firstly I would like to thank the site for the help and advice I have already found, so thank you all.
Right, I used to use this site a few years ago to help with my debts and i was doing very well, then my life took a bit of a nose dive with various things going wrong which led me to essentially run off abroad and hide from my problems. I am now back and am constantly being harassed from various debt collectors on debts I owe, Ive now realised that I have been very very stupid and now want to resolve all my debts.
Im not totally sure on how much I owe and have recently moved address so I've not been contacted from everyone as of yet. However I have received a letter from WESCOT, demanding I pay the estimated £991.62 i owe to NATWEST.
I am currently back in full time education and going to University in September, So money at the moment is very low.
What is the best approach for me to go with starting to pay back this particular debt to WESCOT? Do I call them and explain, wait until I hear off everyone else or what? I am very confused and scared what to do next.. So any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you again in advance.. :money::beer:

Hello there,
The general approach would be to complete a financial statement and make offers of payment based upon what is realistically affordable (once all essential outgoings have been considered). For those on low incomes this could be as little as £1 per month. There are alternative options, however. Do you know roughly how much you might owe? Also do you have any assets?
Do consider having a go at filling in this statement of account and post it up - we can then offer further help and suggestions: http://www.stoozing.com/calculator/soa.php

Thank you for the reply. I would estimate around £2000, I do not own any assets I'm afraid either. I will get a financial statement done up, would it be advisable to send this to them via post, and should I call them first?
Literally don't have any income at the moment, on contribution based job seekers and I have started selling on ebay again for some extra cash.
Thanks againChasing my dream :beer:0
