    If you are going to reserve and collect in store it is worth taking a copy of the offer with you. I had to show the reservation email to prove that I got it for the price quoted online as it didn't show up in store.

    PS - it is not that big to carry. I had a baby on my back and managed to carry the gazebo and cover about 1 mile.

    Doesn't seem to list the side panels for free anymore, nor does the offer come up in the basket :(

    ours was tied down, and i think its cause it was tied down that the poles snapped.

    Hi All,

    I reserved the deal online and when I went in the next day it had been taken down from the website and the girl in the store didn't know anything about it so they didn't honour it.

    I've written to their customer services to complain but don't expect anything in return :mad:
