Can anyone tell me what this is on my receipt?

First time i've ordered from Tesco and i got my receipt and it has these two little stickers with individual numbers on them.

Are they just strange stickers or for something else?

Hope i don't look really stupid now!

People collect them to buy cooking stuff cheap, like they did with the knives a while ago.

Looks an expensive way of doing it to me but i guess it suits some people

I spent £60 so should have got 3!
