It's a spot the ball with all correct guesses going into a random draw.
It says there will be 3 Draws and we can enter once per draw but they don't give any dates or an end date
I'm guessing by looking at the rules again that it will be 3 weekly comps each running for a week so will change end date and put a link in weeklies if someone can bump when it starts again next week.

Terms & Conditions
1. Entry to the competition is free and open to UK residents.
2. The Spot the Ball competition draw will run over a one week period from
launch and the start and finish times will be announced on the /CometUK
Facebook wall There will be three draws in total.
3. The winners will be informed within 28 days on our Facebook wall and
email using the details you supply via Facebook on entry. If you don’t allow
Facebook to share your data we will not be able to contact you directly for
details of how to claim your prize.
4. Only one entry per person per competition draw.
5. The prize details will be listed on the competition draw page.

correspondence will be entered in to.
