Mr Money problems

Yesterday I applied for a loan with mr money. Having told that the request had gone ahead I paid the £58.50 charge and was informed that my details would be passed on to the company that suited me best so they could agree my loan. I then recieved a phone call saying that my loan was for £140 through payday loans instead of the £1000 over 12 months I had requested. I am wondering how I'm best to go about trying to claim back this charge as payday loans was never mentioned to me and is not suitable. Any advise would be greatly recieved.
