Hi there. I ought my experian report a while ago, it showed a default in December and I always pay on time in lump sums! I wrote to them...a mth ago. Have now rec'd a reply from customer relations saying apologies located payment...but no word on fixing credit rating. Do I have to fix it, why cant they? How do I do it. Also bloody cheek the number left is for there outbound call centre and not customer relations!!!
