Can we cancel the HP agreement?
Hi all i really hope someone can give me advice as me and my OH are just not sure what to do?
In nov we bought on HP a taxi(my OH is a cabbie)since the beginning of dec the cab has gone wrong 4 times,now entering its 5th time,each time the warranty company have honoured the reapair and each time it is the same repair!!
my OH has lost all in all about 2 weeks earnings because of this but not 2 weeks consecutaivly,and to be honest we are really really sick of the trouble we're having.
Would we be with in our rights to cancel with the HP company and send the cab back?
Any help much appreciated.

He needs to sort out the cab once and for all with the warranty people but stopping the HP won't help at all.0
