This spring we are giving you the chance to win an iPad by presenting us with your best Kodak Moment, this needs to be a defining image that means something very special to you. Photos capture moments in time that preserve that memory, this takes you back to that precious instant, frozen in time. The competition runs until May 31st.

To enter the competition simply visit your local Kodak Express and print your image, then fill in the competition form in store, it’s that simple…

T & Cs

1. The Promoter of the competition is Kodak UK Limited, Hemel One, Boundary Way, Hemel Hempstead, HERTS. HP2 7YU
2. The competition is open to UK & Ireland residents excluding employees of Kodak UK Limited, their families or its agencies.
3. The competition is open from 23rd April 2013 to 31st May 2013.
4. Entering the competition is by uploading photos of a ‘Spring Moment’ through Instagram with the hashtag #kodakspringmoment or by handing a printed photo into a participating Kodak Express store, which can be found here https://www.kodakpictures.co.uk/springmoment
5. Judging will take place week commencing 3rd June 2013 by selected Kodak UK employees, with the 4 prize winners notified within 2 weeks of this time.
6. The judge’s decision will be final.
7. Each of the 4 winners will receive the following prize 1 x Apple iPad with Retina display, 16Gb Wi-Fi Only model.
8. By submitting photos for this competition, you grant to us a non-exclusive, royalty free, transferable, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, modify, re-arrange and distribute your image and any other text or materials uploaded by you onto lnstagram. You agree that the photo which you submit does not violate any law or infringe the rights of any third party, including without limitation, any intellectual property rights.
9. Please be aware that if using Instagram you are uploading your photo onto a publicly available site and other users of that site will be able to see your entry. By submitting any photo, you confirm that you have the permission of the people featured in the photo to enter that photo into the competition.
10. We reserve the right to remove any photo that you upload for any reason including any uploads that violates these terms and conditions.
11. By entering you agree that the photo that you submit as an entry together with your name, image and likeness may be used by us for advertising and publicity purposes.
12. Any printed photos and attached entrant contact details from participating KEX stores will be securely disposed of 12 weeks from the prize judgment date.
13. Winners from Instagram will be contacted via a @username comment post on the user's image within Instagram. They will be asked to send their contact details to an email address chosen by Kodak UK.
14. Winners from participating KEX stores will be notified via their supplied details either email or phone.
15. Winners may need to confirm their identity if we deem this necessary.
16. If the prize is not claimed within 14 days, another winner will be selected. The same process shall take place until a winner has claimed the prize. If no winner has claimed within 12 weeks from the prize judgment date after reasonable effort has been made by us to notify the chosen winner, the prize may be forfeited.
17. There are no cash or other alternatives to the offer stated, and are non-transferrable.
18. We reserve the right to substitute a prize or any part of it of equal or greater value, if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
19. By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and that our decision is final and binding in all matters relating to this competition.
20. We reserve the right to alter, amend or foreclose this competition without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.
