4. No purchase is necessary. Only one entry per person.
5. To enter the Competition participants must; a) fully complete and submit an online entry form and; b) enter their guess at how many tennis balls are contained within the Nissan Juke displayed at the Nissan Innovation Station at The O2 in London by visiting https://www.facebook.com/nissangb and clicking on the VIP Tennis Competition tab between 21 October 2011 and 11.59pm on 15 November 2011 (“Closing Date”).
7. There shall be one Competition with one First Prize winner and 6 Runner-up Prize winners. On 16 November 2011 (“Decision Date”), the participant who guesses the exact number or closest to the exact number of tennis balls contained within the Nissan Juke from all complete and eligible entries received before the Closing Date will win the First Prize. In the event that; a) two or more participants guess exactly how many tennis balls are contained within the Nissan Juke or; b) have the same closest guesses, then a random draw in the presence of an independent observer will determine which of those participants will win the First Prize. The 6 participants who have made the next 6 closest guesses will win a Runner-up Prize. In the event that there is a tie involving the next 6 closest guesses, then a random draw in the presence of an independent observer will determine which of those participants will win a Runner-up prize. The selected winners will be notified by phone or email on or before 16 November 2011 (“Notification Date”).
8. The First Prize winner will win a pair of VIP tickets to attend the final of the Barclays ATP World Tour Finals to be held at The O2 on 27 November 2011. The First Prize will include, a) return standard class travel by rail or air (at the discretion of the Promoter) between the winner’s home town and London for each winner and a guest (guest must be aged 18 or over); b) accommodation for each winner and their guest at a hotel in London (to be selected by the Promoter) for the night of 27 November 2011 in a twin/double room only including breakfast (“Hotel”); c) car or coach transfers between the Hotel and The O2 and between the Hotel and each winners London arrival/departure point and; d) food and drink for each winner and their guest at The O2 as a guest of the Promoter on 27 November 2011 (“First Prize”).
Anything not mentioned above is not included in the First Prize and the winner and their guest shall be responsible for any additional costs and expenses incurred. The choice of hotel accommodation and travel is entirely at the discretion of the Promoter and is subject to availability. The hotel accommodation and travel will be provided by independent third parties and is, therefore, subject to their terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to determine what the First Prize will be and exact details of the First Prize will be notified to the winner by telephone or email.
9. The 6 Runner-up Prize winners will each win a pair of VIP tickets to attend one session of the group stages of the Barclays ATP World Tour Finals held at The O2 on 20 November 2011 or 21 November 2011. The Runner-up Prize also includes food and drink for each winner and their guest (guest must be aged 18 or over) at The O2 as a guest of the Promoter on the date/session they decide to attend (“Runner-up Prize”). The Promoter will notify winners by phone or email of the exact dates and sessions available for them to attend. Runner-up Prize winners and their guests are responsible for their own travel to and from the event.
Anything not mentioned above is not included in the Runners-up Prize. Each winner and their guest will be responsible for any additional costs and expenses.
10. Prizes are as stated and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash, goods or services. Unless specifically agreed in writing by the Promoter, the Prizes are not transferable and must be taken by the winners in person. Whilst the Promoter will try to ensure that each winner can attend a session, no guarantee in respect of dates/availability can be given.
