Glasses Wearer - Sunglasses?

Hi
I wear varifocals and I need some sunglasses for a forthcoming holiday. I haven't the time to buy a pair of tinted varifocals before we travel as I need my eyes testing too as it's coming up to 2 years from when they were last tested.
Can anyone recommend some over type sunglasses that I could buy.
Thank you
Ms C

Would anything like this be of any help?

You may find you can wear a large pair is sunglasses over your normal varifocals or the over sunglass styles, both options would depend on the sise of you current frames. Also I would recommend you choose a polarised lens for the sunglasses you wear over your normal glasses as you will be adding a highly reflective layer otherwise and increasing reflective glare.Dogs return to eat their vomit, just as fools repeat their foolishness. Do you have a spare pair in a recent prescription, preferably your last pair?
Pop them into your opticians for tinting. Specsavers do them in days.Member #14 of SKI-ers club

QVC sell a brand called fitovers, 30 day money back guarantee even if you've used them, they do lots of different styles, only downside is there postage charges which apply to each different pair you order!!

If you are having your eyes tested before the holiday - then sorry, but why sunglasses?
Have photo-chromatic ones, which darken with the light. It's what I've had for decades. Whether you have a pre-tint as well is up to you.
Having hay-fever, my eyes are sensitive, to sunlight so photo-chromatic glasses have always been a priority for me, varifocals followed afterwards.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -

Really! Work fine for me - been driving for nearly fifty years, had photo-chromatic lenses for at least the past twenty-five, and varifocals probably at least twenty.
They don't work for dazzle - sun bouncing off icy road - that's nasty, no fun either driving into the sun when it's very low on the horizon. But generally speaking - it works for me.
HTHs good luck.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0
