Terms and Conditions of Monthly Free Prize Draw

1. If you register with us for the first time between 1st April 2008 and 31st July 2008 and opt-in to receive offers from us by post and email and otherwise meet the eligibility requirements in these conditions, you will automatically be entered into one of three free prize draws to win a Daylesford Organic hamper. We may offer further prize draws after 31st July 2008 at our discretion.
2. Entries received between 00.00 on the first day of a calendar month falling within the period the promotion is running and 23.59 on the last day of the same calendar month will be entered into the free prize draw for that month.
3. The prize winners will be selected at random within five days of the relevant closing date and will be notified by email within two weeks of the draw taking place. The decision of the promoter (Daylesford Organic Limited) is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. The contents of the hamper are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. The prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available. The prize on offer is not open to negotiation. No purchase is necessary.
5. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
6. The draw is open to all residents of the UK, Isle of Man and Channel Islands excluding employees of Daylesford Organic Limited and their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the draw.
7. By entering into the draw, the winner consents to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion, and for his/her name and county to be used for publicity purposes by us in printed and/or online formats
8. Entries are limited to one per household. Multiple entries may lead to disqualification.
9. We will not accept responsibility for loss of entries through technical fault, postal/transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
10. By entering into the draw all participants are deemed to have accepted and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
11. English law applies.
